It’s been a busy award season so far here at V1, and we are proud to have received some great nominations in 2023.We were firstly shortlisted as finalists in the SBID Awards 2023 within the Interior Design: CGI & Visualisation category, for our work on 8 Eaton Lane by CIT Group Partners LLP and Park Modern Penthouse by Fenton Whelan.
Next up, we are thrilled to have won an award in the UK Property Awards 2023 for Architectural CGI Company. Our portfolio submission included 8 Eaton Lane (CIT Group Partners LLP), One Circular Quay (Lendlease), and Kew Hillcrest (POSITIVE INVESTMENT GROUP LLC.) developments which showcase our artists’ unrivalled skill and expertise.
The objective of these awards is to recognise excellence and maintain high standards in the property industry worldwide and it’s a pleasure to have been awarded for our contribution to this.
