Mhairi Smith presented an exclusive presentation on the marketing of Chelsea Barracks followed by the panel Q&A. Many questions were raised but one thing is for sure- the landscape is changing fast. There were some common themes around the changing face of marketing with developments in digital and technology impacting the way purchasers are now interacting and receiving content. Now marketing campaigns need to be agile and dynamic, and content is key for creating flexible and bespoke marketing campaigns that HNWIs are expecting. Everyone was unanimous in the opinion that the highest quality output is a must for luxury developments.
